Welcome to Bookbag! Bookbag is a mobile application provided by OKCOKER LLC ("we", "our", or "us"). By using Bookbag or our website at bookbagspades.com, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

2. Account Creation and Usage

Bookbag allows users to create an account using an email/password or through third-party services like Google and Apple. You may also use Bookbag as a guest without creating an account. Account users must be at least 13 years old.

3. Data Collection

By creating an account, you consent to the collection of your email, name, and device information. We use third-party services, such as Mixpanel, AdMob, and Firebase, to provide analytics, advertising, and data storage. Our website also uses Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and the Meta Pixel to measure site traffic and app download conversions. See our Privacy Policy for details.

4. In-App Purchases

Bookbag currently offers a one-time purchase to remove ads, though this may expand to other features in the future. All purchases are non-refundable.

5. User-Generated Content

Bookbag allows you to share your game stats with a shareable graphic. Future versions may introduce additional content-sharing features.

6. Prohibited Activities

Bookbag is currently a single-user experience, so no in-app communication or content-sharing between users is permitted.

7. Third-Party Services

Bookbag and our website use third-party services like Mixpanel, Firebase, AdMob, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and the Meta Pixel. We use data from these services, including aggregated data, to improve the app and measure our advertising.

8. Data Retention

User data is retained according to the terms of our third-party providers, such as Firebase and Mixpanel.

9. Limitation of Liability

Bookbag is provided "as is" and we make no warranties regarding its use. OKCOKER LLC is not responsible for damages resulting from use or inability to use the app.

10. Termination of Accounts

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts for policy violations, inactivity, or at your request.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of New York, USA.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may occasionally update these Terms. Users will be notified of significant changes through the app or by email.
