Bookbag Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how OKCOKER LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Bookbag mobile application ("Application") on Android and iOS, or visit our website at bookbagspades.com ("Website"). Bookbag is a score tracking app for the card game Spades.

By using the Application, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.

Information We Collect

Information You Provide

Registration is optional — you can use Bookbag as a guest. If you create an account, we may collect:

• Account information, such as your email address, display name, and authentication credentials (or sign-in information from Google or Apple if you choose those options)
• Game and score data you enter into the Application
• Information you send when you contact us for support

In-app purchases (such as removing ads) are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. We may receive purchase confirmation, product identifiers, and transaction metadata from the store platform.

Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Application, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

• Device information, such as device model, operating system, app version, language, and time zone
• Device and advertising identifiers, such as your advertising ID (Google Advertising ID on Android; Identifier for Advertisers on iOS when you permit tracking) and Firebase installation identifiers
• IP address and general network information
• App activity and usage data, such as screens viewed, features used, and in-app events (for example, completing registration, finishing a game, or making a purchase)
• Advertising data, such as ad impressions, clicks, and estimated ad revenue
• Diagnostic and crash data to help us fix bugs and improve stability
• Install attribution data, such as the Play Store install referrer on Android, an Apple AdServices attribution token on iOS, or (on iOS, where Apple does not provide a deterministic referrer) device signals collected when you visit our Website — screen size, OS version, language, and time zone — used to probabilistically match a later app install to the Website visit and campaign that led to it
• Website download-click data, such as which app store badge or download link you clicked, its placement on the page (for example, header, hero, or call-to-action section), and any advertising click identifier present in the page URL (such as Meta's fbclid)

Most game history and score data is stored locally on your device. Account and sync-related data may also be stored on our servers when you use features that require an account.

Cookies and Similar Technologies on Our Website

Our Website uses cookies and similar identifiers set by Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and the Meta Pixel to measure site traffic and app download conversions. These include Meta's _fbc and _fbp cookies, which we read and relay, along with the page URL and any advertising click identifier, to Meta's servers to measure and deduplicate ad conversions. You can block or delete these cookies through your browser's cookie settings; doing so does not affect the Application, since the Application does not use browser cookies.

How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Application
• Create and manage your account
• Process in-app purchases and subscriptions
• Understand how the Application is used and improve features
• Diagnose crashes and technical issues
• Display advertisements in the free version of the Application
• Measure the performance of our advertising and marketing campaigns, including attributing app installs and in-app conversions (such as registration, first game completed, purchases, and ad revenue) to the campaigns that referred you
• Communicate with you about the Application, including support requests
• Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights

Location Information

The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your device. Advertising partners may infer approximate location (such as country or region) from your IP address.

Third-Party Services

We use third-party services that collect information on our behalf. These partners have their own privacy policies:

• Google AdMob — displays ads and measures ad performance and revenue. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google Firebase (Analytics and Crashlytics) — usage analytics and crash reporting.
• Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics — run on our Website to manage tracking tags and measure site traffic and app download conversions. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Meta (Facebook) App Events and Meta Pixel — the App Events SDK measures app installs and in-app conversion events; the Meta Pixel on our Website, together with server-side Conversions API reporting, measures Website visits and app download clicks for Meta advertising campaigns. • Mixpanel — product analytics in the Application and, when you cast a game to a Chromecast-enabled TV, on the Chromecast receiver page, where it is associated with your account identifier. See Mixpanel's Privacy Policy.
• Advertising conversion partners — we may report limited install and conversion event data (such as a unique installation identifier, timestamp, campaign attribution payload, and, for iOS installs, the device signals described above) to advertising partners through our servers to measure whether our paid advertising is working.

These partners may use cookies, mobile advertising identifiers, SDKs, and similar technologies. They may combine information collected from the Application with information they collect from other apps and websites for analytics, advertising measurement, and ad personalization when you have consented or where permitted by law.

Advertising and Analytics

The free version of Bookbag is supported by advertising. We and our partners use device identifiers, app activity, and advertising interaction data to:

• Show ads in the Application
• Measure ad impressions, clicks, and estimated revenue
• Attribute app installs and in-app actions to advertising campaigns
• Optimize our advertising spend and campaign performance

When you purchase a subscription or one-time upgrade that removes ads, ad serving stops, but analytics and conversion measurement for product improvement and campaign attribution may continue as described in this policy and subject to your consent choices.

Your Privacy Choices

European Economic Area and United Kingdom

If you are in the EEA or UK, the Application presents a consent form (via Google's User Messaging Platform) on first launch. You can choose whether to allow personalized advertising and related data uses. If you decline, we still show ads, but they may be non-personalized. You can change your choices at any time through the consent settings in the Application or your device.

iOS App Tracking Transparency

On iOS, we may ask for your permission before tracking you across apps and websites owned by other companies or accessing your device's advertising identifier. You can change this choice at any time in your device's Privacy & Security settings.

Other Opt-Out Options

• Reset or limit your advertising ID — Android: Settings > Privacy > Ads. iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
• Google ad personalization — visit Google Ad Settings.
• Meta ad preferences — visit your Facebook Ad Preferences (if you use a Meta account).
• Website cookies — use your browser's cookie settings to block or delete cookies set by Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and the Meta Pixel on our Website.
• Stop all collection — uninstall the Application and avoid visiting our Website.

How We Share Information

We may share information:

• With the third-party service providers listed above, who process data on our behalf or for their own advertising and analytics purposes as described in their policies
• To comply with law, regulation, legal process, or government request
• To protect the rights, safety, and security of OKCOKER LLC, our users, or others
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice as required by law

We do not sell your personal information for money. Advertising and analytics partners may use data collected through the Application for their own purposes, including targeted advertising and measurement, as described above.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Application, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Analytics and advertising data is typically retained according to each partner's retention policies, generally for up to 24 months or in aggregated form thereafter.

Children

The Application is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information we process. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International Transfers

OKCOKER LLC is based in the United States. Information we collect may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy at https://bookbagspades.com/privacy and update the effective date. Your continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
